The Bloom Appeal has recently approved a new eligibility criteria for patient grants.
Eligible
1. Blood cancer patients of any age (and their families) living in Merseyside, the Northwest of England, and North Wales.
2. Blood cancer patients who are experiencing problems associated with their disease and/or treatments.
3. The application must be supported by a healthcare professional in haematology (doctor or nurse).
Ineligible
Patients who are classed as being in long term/stable remission and on no active treatments.
