On Saturday, 13th July 2024, Merseyside Against Blood Cancers proudly sponsored the TYA Summer Fest, a vibrant and heartwarming event designed to bring together young people and their families who have been affected by blood cancers. The day was filled with engaging activities, laughter, and a strong sense of community.
Our very own Trustee, Frank Donovan, was in attendance, providing invaluable support throughout the event. Frank’s dedication to our cause was instrumental in making the day a success, and we are incredibly grateful for his tireless efforts.
The feedback from the young people and their families has been overwhelmingly positive. Franki, (Teenage Cancer Trust Youth Support Co-Ordinator) who organised the even kindly provided the following testimonial:
